I would like to see an overhaul of our midfield. Apart from Gana, no one is good enough, and even Gana looked worryingly off his game. Moyes developed Rice into an elite midfielder so am sure he’ll be looking for players he can similarly mould.

There’s a lot of chat about upgrading our attack but for me revamping the midfield is as important if not more so. It starts with having an upgrade on Garner especially for games like today where we’re expected to make the posssesion count. He’s fine as a backup but an upgrade is sorely needed
