....if Arteta truly wants the Everton job (I’m not sure he does), then I wouldn’t be surprised if Moshiri and Brands meet with him. I think Moshiri would need convincing and only appoint if Arteta really impresses at interview.

Jeremy Corbyn is free.

Everton's first Trotskyite manager?
Lenin played better, more offensively inclined football. His impact was clearly more long lasting, reaching its peak when the all-conquering Bayern Munich side secured an historic treble.

Trotsky’s more patient, intellectual approach may have flourished in Serie A once upon a time, but he is only really cited by football hipsters nowadays.

A sound Marxist analysis comrade, one thing's for sure, if we had Stalin at the helm, we would deffo win a derby at Analfield.

The next manager will want his own staff.
Duncan already has the 'Celebration' coach job nailed.
Arteta can be the 'Gaining Free Kicks' coach.
I'd employ a 'Hatrick Specialist' coach, but could be redundant.

Arteta really was ridiculously good at winning free kicks. Without diving too. So good at positioning his body so opponent basically had no option but to foul him.
