lol. How many minutes did he play?
If we're being totally honest there's a cohort of posters on here that have a tendency to be a bit OTT in their targeted hatred of certain players.

Currently Iroegbunam, previously Iwobi. Bit weird if you ask me.

Fwiw - not saying you can't have a negative opinion about a player, we all have players we're not fans of. Just seems like with certain players the language used is different. Just my two cents.

….i think that’s a nonsense, as soon as the word ‘hatred’ is used I think that’s too strong a word to describe posters opinion as far as footy is concerned.

People are people, we’re all different but we have a view. We’re no different to others in that respect, I don’t like how some put our own down, we’re different is that our fans intensely care.

Fully agree regards Iwobi. The hatred aimed towards him by some fans was weird and embarrassing. He was arguably Everton's most consistently impressive outfield player under Lampard and after getting away from the terminal illness style of football under Dyche and joining Fulham, he scored 14 goals plus 8 assists over the past two seasons. He's obviously a shocking footballer...

He was so underrated. So good at getting the ball into the box
