Summer Transfer Window 2025 Thread

Now the dust has settled I’m personally quite pleased with how this window ended.
We have signed quality players who are good with the football.
We have avoided low quality workhorses with negligible technical skills.
We have strengthened our midfield which has been lacking creativity for multiple seasons.
I do think we inevitably suffered early on by not only changing the system but by also not having the new system fully staffed and ready to go at the start. But that was a chance they took and it’s turned out well in the end.

I agree

We now have 3 decent ball players behind our striker

We have a young striker which we can develop

We have a one of the most highly rated youngsters in the country on the bench and can be bedded into a team with quality footballers to learn off

And we kept JB who in my opinion has more potential than John stones

Good window id say
