Summer Transfer Window 2025 Thread

Yep he can play a number of roles - very badly.

He is immobile and has no range of passing ability.

The only thing that he has got is that he is a decent aerial presence.

FFS , DAVID NO!
Soucek would be a cardigan signing. Versatile, comfy, conservative.

Of all the players in all of the world, if this is who we get, well, it speaks volumes. You could almost hear the self-imposed ceiling being installed with his arrival...

Disagree lads i think he's a very good impactful player.

Id accept an argument on age profile vs investment etc.

But he improve us.

Its a weak spot, i know we beat Brighton, but we absolutely got mullard and lost the engine room battle vs Leeds.

You're expecting a midfielder who can't get around the pitch to improve our engine room?

If a Centre mid who scored 9 goals - more than any of our strikers last season - is not sensible then we may as well pack it in

Fantastic mate, only he's a defensive midfielder who cannot defend, he certainly why this season, last season and the one before West ham have leaked goals left right and centre and are so easy to play on the counter vs.

But if we are measuring a player based on goals scored it's fine, when Jarrod gets back bench him for Keano, Drop Grealish for Dwight, both over the last few years have scored way more.

It's as stupid an analytic as United signing that clown keeper they have cos he was good with his feet.

You tell me. I mean, this whole forum - and this entire thread, in particular - is based on supposition.

How dare we waffle on about stuff that may or may not happen.
You're reacting like it has happened , it's one thing to be like I don't think he would be an effective signing as his passing is wayward and he's sluggish it's another to be like oh God our transfer window is ruined now when nothing has occurred, it's hyperbolic doom mongering
