News of Ex Players

He had a job, watched a gang of mercenary’s come in and get paid far more than him for contributing considerably less, got boo’d by 40k people including when he went off with a broken cheek.
Dunno how much of that you would put up with at work, but I’d probobly do one as well.

Did far more for the club than he gets credit for.
Wish him nothing but good luck.
Ohh don't get me wrong I used to hate the way some of our fans treated him and I can fully understand how he probably felt undervalued and under appreciated but the reality was he was expecting Champions League sides to be after him and he left to 'better' his career. I agree he played his part for us and I liked him as a player and was sad to see him leave but I don't feel bad for him playing for Leeds when he could be leading us out as our number 9 at our new beautiful stadium

I find it really weird to see blues online relishing his misfortune. Always worked hard for us, yes he wasn't the best finisher but did his best. Scored some important goals. Never publicly disrespected the club. Sad people tbh
His ridiculous wage demands were a little bit disrespectful especially when he was given the number 9 shirt and we stuck with him despite his awful injury record

Why? He chose to leave our exciting new era expecting top teams to be after him so he kinda deserves having egg on his face
His charm , was offset by an arrogance that by running down his contract here (whilst constantly injured , a la Ross Barkley) he was after top 4 or CL abroad.
He is now a sub for the Leeds Carabao Cup squad.
No ill wishes to him , but perhaps he needs to learn from this.
He could have been playing in front of Grealish , Ndiaye and Dibling in the Prem.
Let that sink in lad , if your girlfriend approves , of course.

Missed out barely going thru the motions before moyes come in not wanting to - ironically, injure himself before his "big" move.

There was nothing more depressing than not getting remotely excited when he was put thru one on one because you knew he had zero chance of scoring. In his last few sessons, he only excelled at being injured.

His wage demands before he left were mental.

Ha was taking the urine, big time.

And because our Toyota dealing overlords are no fools, they let him jog on.

And rightly so.
