I must have watched a different video.... He didn't make any excuses for a lack of RW or say we might miss out?

Yup, I don't see us doing much with the RB area tbh think we will stick with JOB but I'm very interested too see where we in terms of RW, are we going back for Dibling or are there other names in the frame?
If we're still planning to get two wingers who can play on the right , we should get the more attainable one now while negotiating the deal for the higher profile player. I know it's the championship but tom Fellows looked pretty vibrant and effective yesterday, if he's still available for a decent price bring him in until we can sort out a bigger target rather than leave massive gaps in the squad
Josh Sargent scores all the time for Norwich and seems like a Moyes type signing
Would be a Major signing , his General play is actually not bad and a potential Captain in the future
Well, there’s a balance to be struck. It only advances if we pay what they want
Expecting them to suddenly significantly lower their asking price is pointless.
Protracted negotiations are bad for the club. Doesn't help us with other future transfers either.
Causes so much problems doesn’t it. I bet every manager would say the same.I dunno why they don't close the transfer window at the start of the season so everyone knows where they stand.
Good shout this. A proper right back would balance us a lotI do think that you can get away with N'Diaye on the right if you get a right back who's capable of crossing the ball and overlapping with him. Baines + Pienaar sort of thing.
