Summer Transfer Window 2025 Thread

One of those players was someone we already had an agreement in place with from last season, and one is a backup keeper who’ll never see the pitch. It’s August and we are significantly weaker than we were at the end of last season. It’s about time our fans woke up now that they can’t use “it’s still July” as an excuse anymore.
We arnt that much weaker though, Brojo, Lind and Harrison provided almost nothing,
Moyes was clearly happier today so we must be close on several deals. It’s not a quick fix it’s gonna take time

Bobble's mate Benj seemed to be suggesting the club have passed on Hackney
Yes they don’t think he’s worth 20mil that Lennon miller didn’t play for Motherwell today, 18 and available for 5mil ok he wouldn’t be a starter at moment, Italian clubs looking at, he was seen chatting to James McFadden at the game today

Personally, I get the idea that we might see on or two early next week. In the press conference, Moyes said “we will have to wait til we get back now for signings” with a bit of a look on his face as if to say that he knows something is happening.

Plus, he didn’t seem as concerned this time as he did a few days ago so maybe Kinnear has come home and wrapped up a couple that we can announce next week.
No he didn’t say that at all

I think he’s been told to put in a brave face even though it’s absolute shambles behind the scenes.
You have zero evidence of that, no one knows what going on but ppl are making up this is a shambles as they calmly sort out deals, we have no real idea who they have and havnt bidded for, Everton are an easy name to throw around because we never deny anything

Rather than keep his thread going, I'll add this note here: Juventus have a friendly with Borussia Dortmund next Sunday, and Douglas Luiz posted a selfie in his Juventus shirt on a flight to Germany.

This doesn't seem like a player headed anywhere imminently. I still doubt Forest are serious contenders since they have a lot of midfield depth and probably less room under PSR than Everton, but I'm less convinced he'll end up here because all three sides (Juventus, agent Kia Joorabchian, and Everton) are pushing for different things.

I think Joorabchian is using Forest to pressure Everton to cough up more money, Juventus wants to make a deal with anyone who will take him on permanently, and Everton are only willing to take him on loan with an option. It's at a standstill, and so he flies to Germany.

Moyes' presser today was a bit more encouraging. Seems confident that there's still quite a bit that'll get done before the window closes.
He may be speaking truthfully, although it wouldn’t surprise me if the top brass have had a word in his ear to tell him to be a little more positive especially given the tour we are on and all the positive PR that is meant to come with it (although hasn’t)

Is this what you say to everyone with a different opinion, I`m not even calling you uneducated now because you come across as a proper idiot.

Perhaps get back on topic, you don`t know me, just as well because I probably wouldn`t mix with tits like you. You`ve probably forgotten why you started this vendetta, time to trawl all your old posts...

Cretin!
Go for it Top Blue.
If you can’t accept a challenge to your view without calling somebody a cretin then a forum isn’t perhaps for you
