Ticket poll for Brighton

I checked my account last night at 6pm to find ive been allocated a ticket area 248 block 248 row 61 seat 41 nothing about which stand but ive checked and its the west stand,anyway no confermation e-mail from the club and no money taken,but on my account were it says were the ticket is for,you can press for a resend of the email,which I hadnt had in the first place,so I press resend then get a email saying thank you for taking out a membership,which I already had,Ive just sat for 30mins trying to get throught to the ticket office,when I did get throught the lad confirmed I had got a ticket a ticket and paid for it ,but what a absolute mess,I wasnt sure if id bought another membership or a ticket for the brighton game.

Think I have a ticket but until they email me with a link to actually see it then I’m not sure..
Absolute shambles. Feels like a last minute change they haven’t tested at all.

Money is pending but nothing in the app. I'm actually guessing that's a no on the tickets

Have you tried logging in to your account on the website mate.

I don't use the app much myself but if you log in on the ticketing part of the website. Go to "view account menu" and then go on "account management" and finally "account history" it should show on there if you've been assigned/bought a ticket.

I was in the ballot for 1 x ticket and it appears i have been unsuccesful (forever + member).
If tickets were sold today, how has that happened, i should have had one, or is dementia setting in?

Just come off the phone to the ticket office, i asked is it sold out? "pretty much, yes", can i buy one? "No, it's all through the website." There are none showing "must be sold out then"

I expected this, but the reality that nothing changes at Everton from year to year kills me.
The fact that we come back for more punishment astounds me.
We haven't even got to the best part yet when 52,000 show up, only then I believe we will see the real sh1t show, and no, i'm not even talking about the players, wait for Sandhills, Expensive Food, someone in my seat, no parking, the bridge wasn't working......................

If there forever + members who were unsuccessful in the ballot then there shouldn't have been more tickets available this morning?

Maybe I'm missing something but it doesn't make a lot of sense

I don't think anybody is surprised though are they mate. Which is really sad to be honest.

I think it was the season before last. The first two home games I bought the tickets (different parts of the ground) and when me and my lad got in the ground we were sat in ST holders seats! I had the home credits last year so got to escape all this for a season.

Honestly doesn’t surprise me, it’s deffo not sold out as i seen some on the website a few minutes ago.

HOWEVER, I just refreshed the page and there was one ticket available in the east stand which I managed to buy.

Advice for anyone still trying for a ticket, instead of waiting on the Map screen where it shows the stadium and what tickets are available, instead click the link that says "Find seats for me", which will take you to a screen like this:

When you're on this screen, refresh the page every couple of minutes. If a ticket becomes available, it will show on this page and its 10x quicker to buy the ticket from here than it is on the Map screen. So if you're quick you can add it to basket and then its reserved for 15 minutes.
