Good player & pro McGinn, would definitely take him - be surprised to see Villa let him goMcGinn and jack harrison - raise yer standards
Mcginn is far superior to Jack HarrisonMcGinn and jack harrison - raise yer standards
Second smallest squad in the top 5 leagues. Lots of work to do

Simply not accurate to lump those two in the same boatMcGinn and jack harrison - raise yer standards
Yeah, absolutely unheard of for players to come in and sign contracts while on their holidays, it has never happened ever, only every other team manages to do it but we're just gentlemanly like that and wait for a few weeks.
I mean no one's asking for 5-6, just one.it's been established that we couldn't start till July since psr was a factor we were able to get branthwaite to re sign along with gana, to bring 5 or 6 players before the first pre season game would be very daunting even city and Chelsea who have monopoly money to spend also had a tournament they wanted to win are the only ones buying several players at this point, and nowhere near that number. It's a process
How about can we have McAtee real cheap and we will sell you Branthwaite next year as a John Stones replacementThe dialogue being:
Everton: āCan we have McAtee for real cheap?ā
Man City: āNo.ā
He wouldn't get into any PL XISimply not accurate to lump those two in the same boat
McGinn absolutely strolls into our team. Harrison wouldn't get in our 1st XI even with the tiny squad we currently have
Barry is signing today....if one is what you're looking forI mean no one's asking for 5-6, just one.
We can negotiate things before july 1st and then sign there, as teams around us do.
I get you want to say it's different, but it's really exactly the same so far.
I'd rather we do the negotiations pre-start of "transfer season", just like everyone does, and finish them as soon as we can.Itās definitely unheard of for a player to leave a tournament to complete a transfer.
Itās all happened pretty quickly from what I can see.
Would you rather we went in and met the release clause straight away without negotiation?
I do think it's slightly naive, but I don't mean that as a criticism just a comment. I've heard all this 'things are different this time' stuff far too many times to just swallow it uncritically. I'll judge this set up on what it does not what it says or how it feels. So far I don't think the signs have been hugely encouraging if i'm honest, but i'm well aware that it's early days and things can change quickly.i fully understand why some folks are bereft of confidence because of previous regimes never seeming to make it work, but there's just something about this time around that makes me want to allow them some time. I mean, the likes of Kenwright would have seen the pound signs for Branthwaite and then gone on to pacify us after. Moyes would have towed the PR line, too. What's happened this time has instilled belief in me. Moyes comes across as rejuvenated? Call me naive if you like.
Believe it when I see him with the kit. At this pace, #2 will be at the end of July, and then another deadline day scramble.Barry is signing today....if one is what you're looking for
