I know that it's frustrating with the lack of solid links at the moment. However , it is probably better than doing our business in public. Perhaps I am grasping at straws , but hopefully it is an indicator that we are being professionally run , at last.

Only the elite clubs get there signings done this early, its the nature of the food chain.

Newcastle, Villa, etc will get there's done next.

And then it will be us.

The point being surely we should have had that Lyon left back signed already if we were actually interested.

Or at least some European free transfers to bulk the squad

Gueye’s contract finished yesterday. Nothing new with him has been signed.

Heard yesterday it’s done mate just not announced, year and an option. Just something I was told, might be true, might not.

July 1st - All of the 'out of contract' dross has left the building
July 2nd - Branthwaite signs for 5 more years

Is it greedy to expect follow up confirmation on both Gana and Keane throughout today whilst EFC media are at it? Or will we release per day to keep the good feelings going?

Hopefully then followed up by new signings
