if it let you upload videos yous would see the wreck 😳

the floors come up today gotta wait till it’s safe ( for the leccy to go on don’t ask me how if they can’t use the heaters/humidifiers

to then be able to use them lol

thanx mate not really, it’s a waiting game nothing can be done to commence operation clean up etc and re do my home until it’s able to be dried out when it’s safe to.

i opened my front door and it was like a floating home and the water pissin out my kitchen

i didn’t sleep last night with it on my mind

i know there is people worse of then me and a worse situation

but it’s traumatized me

Me arl feller used to say,” houses break all the time it’s the stuff it’s protecting that needs to stay safe - YOU.”

Everything else is easily replaced, don’t let it stress you if you can, mate.

Sorry to hear this mate, hope you get sorted with some decent temporary accommodation quickly.

Get over there as often as you can on sunny days and open the doors and windows, it'll speed up the drying process.

yearh i get you mate and i know things
are replaceable i just didn’t expect to come to a huge flood

i’m a bungalow so its all the one level

Man, Lynell Rae sounds like an absolute blessing. It's great you took such good care of your mother until the end. I think at some point there's some very justified pride to find in that. My condolences, mate
