Summer Transfer Window 2025 Thread

Myers saying still work todo, deal not agreed for Tete.

I’m hoping Romano wins this battle
Since nothings been agreed formally and he didn't break anything about Tete he is now hedging his bets that if it falls through he looks like he is itk but if we do sign him it looks like he knew that all along. Bluffer

Realistically Tete status is: Not fully done formally, but will be.
Contract signing officially 1 July after his contract expires.

Obviously that leaves a window for something to change/someone else to move in that our inherent Evertonian pessimism will elevate into an assumed certainty until we inevitably see him on the official site in our shirt mouthing platitudes about size of club, great manager, new stadium whilst pocketing his signing on fee and healthy pay rise with a cheeky Dutch grin.

He’s never broken one singular piece of transfer news ever in his life. I don’t understand why he has so many ridiculous boomers still hanging onto his coattails begging him for scoops on Twitter, probably the same people who have to bring their 27 year old kids round to switch their telly over from HDMI 1 to HDMI 2.

Agreed with everything you said but never heard of those 2 channels before

I guess with foresight that would be a good anticipated replacement for Gana (Anguissa must be starter of course), who is one of my favorite players, but won't play another 10 years.

Won the championship in the serie A and is one of the best players there, I guess we wouldn't be the only one trying to get him.
You’d imagine a big signing on fee but he was good at Fulham and would add some much needed strength in the midfield. Chips in with goals and assists too.

Hang on , that last bit sounds suspiciously like me.

.
All we know is that its been said the deal is "verbally agreed and will be processed next week".

Others are claiming "the deal is not yet done" which it isnt, yet.

On to the next imo...

Which new player is behind door number 3 ?
