Sharpy’s return

No one knows the full story. I think he was given a hospital pass when invited to join the board, something that like DBB he was patently unqualified to do. Bill and DBB are the real villains in this episode, Sharp I feel just followed the company line publicly as any Director would do. He was a great servant to the club and obviously loves Everton, but he should never have been appointed to the board….

Darren Griffiths on commentary yesterday "great to have Sharpie back and though things have been said, it's important to leave that now and just great that he's back".

No you stupid little brown nosing Kenwright loving gobshite, it's not alright at all that certain people at Everton accused the fanbase of a)headlockgate where there is no proof and then b) trying to throw the whole fanbase under the bus and c) never publishing an apology.

Agree to the extent, probably didn’t know what he was walking into but once he had been there some time, he could think for himself and should have distanced himself from the toxic ownership. Snide remarks, upholding lies, characterising the support like we were thugs. The guys a tit, but he won’t be the only one that attends games so he’s entitled to attend as much as anyone.

He was on a nice little earner and had the status of being a board member.

There's no way he'd break ranks with that lot. That was his choice. He carries his part of the collective guilt those board members have to carry with them.

We shouldn't be getting bumped into accepting Sharp back with what looks to be the co-ordinated effort of the club media and outside media - all of whom were practically word-for-word in their commentary yesterday concerning Sharp's 'welcome' appearance at Goodison....funny that...like it was co-ordinated or something.

New era, new board. Sharp, Baxendale, Ingles are the surviving board members and should never be anywhere near Everton fans again.

Talk about hitting the nail on the head. Griffiths should be ashamed of himself along with any other club official who try to dismiss what went on

“it's important to leave that now”

Translation: “Mates of mine are complicit in the regression of the club so don’t mention it please”

He has had plenty of time to say what was alleged to have happened in headlock gate didn't, he chose not to so must still believe it.

It's his duty to report it to the Police and it's their duty to investigate it.

This is all before his outbursts about the supporters when KEIOC protested about the Kirkby Shed.

I'm glad Graeme Sharp allowed Graeme Sharp to go the game again. After Graeme Sharp had previously stopped Graeme Sharp from going.

**** him. He accused the fans of a disgusting lie. Then accepted a handsome pay-off for doing the square-root of nothing even though the club was desperately short of money. After RESIGNING, not a sacking. Zero time for him whatsoever.
