According to you nobody can play good football anywhere that doesn't have a sovereign wealth fund. Despite loads of clubs all around the world doing so. It's the only way your Moyes Uber Alles philosophy can survive. It's weird.

And Guardiola hasn't managed Leeds but somehow you know that he wouldn't play good football there. So, it seems like we can both make up a load of old bollocks to satisfy our arguments.

Such an awful shout. The last thing we need after Moyes is another dour defence first manager Have a little ambition. Moyes and Kenwright seemed to have brainwashed our fan base to accept and celebrate absolute mediocrity This has to be a joke...

It’s called being realistic. Ben White is a good player who will improve the team. It’s easy to fantasize about targets who would transform the team, but they are unlikely to be available. People slag of White and yet he was playing regularly...

I mean, his mentor Bielsa went there and played exciting football.

Nuno’s Wolves played some good football. Forest was different, but he took a raggedy squad and got them into Europe. The football played depends as much as the players you have as the coaching. You think Pep would go to Leeds and playing like...

Agreed. Also of the argument is not to spend just for the sake of it, we’ll make the purchase worth it. If we have recruited through a number of people (the recruitment team which Moyes is part of) and he is not using those players. The one...

They really don't. Their net spend over 5 years is ~£120m, or £24m a year, not a lot at all. This myth stems from one year when they did spend big. It's like saying we're big spenders because of Moshiri's summer of buying number 10s.

Also, eye bleedingly bad safety first football. When we had no money at all to spend, managers like Moyes and Nuno were reasonable choices. Now we have a few quid to spend, not oligarch money before someone chirps up, these type of managers just...

😂😂😂 another Manager who bombed at a big club, I suppose it tells us where you think little old Everton sit. Nuno is like Moyes they will never get another job at a big club challenging at the top end of the table

Iraola definitely is appealing to a lot of people. Plays better football, develops young players. Has Bournemouth finishing above us this season despite having all his best players sold and having to reinvest on a smaller budget than what we have...

Why is everyone you rate, Moyes, Ben White and now Nuno, so utterly mid? Honestly? You were dissing Pochettino like 4 posts above this one and then pivot to Nuno. I'm starting to think this is just a really long form performance art piece...

Absolutely no doubt that Bournemouth have sold and recruited well but the key for me is that Iraola has integrated the raft of new signings into a successful and exciting team , something that Moyes has been incapable of doing ( with the...
