Perhaps it's semantics, but I think we can see the strategy - go younger, hungrier, top end talent whose best days are ahead of them. Look at the guys we've signed (Barry and Aznou) and are/were linked with (Delap and Fofana) But the problem has...

Agree with everything. I'm also going to add I don't think the new recruitment team got started soon enough in planning the transfer window. Hand in hand with pre season games. This has been our problem in recent years. Hence the poor starts...
