We signed 3 players and got a 4th in the next day or 2

TFG and the recruitment team looked at how well Moyes did the second half of last season with the same group of players that Dyche struggled with and psychologically have become a bit lackadaisical and lethargic. They are expecting the Moyesiah to be able to do the same no matter how they do in the transfer market.
