We arent in Europe we've been in relegation scraps for consecutive years. We're going to find it more difficult to attract players than those other teams that are in Europe

To be fair, PSR quite literally cost us 8 points a couple years ago. And we don't want to splash cash on players that don't want to be here. We tried that already. First and foremost we want people who want to be here.
