Second race of the year - Coniston 14. One lap of Coniston lake. Glorious day and due to it being such a nice day, decided to jog the whole course and enjoy it, rather than legging it around and dying at the end 😂

Been wearing a 235 daily for 5+ years, love it for what it does. Not familiar with the 165, and I don't use it for the bells and whistles, but if you want basic data it should be really good.

Just getting out, is the biggest hurdle of them all. ;)

Set out to do 6 miles for the first time in a while, but the weather put me off. So did 3 miles instead. Hard but glad I got out.
