I like DCL as a person. I think he cares about football. I do think he puts a lot of pressure on himself to perform doesn't just cash a paycheck. I have no issues with him personally. But we should not re-sign him because 1) He's injury prone...

Yeah, it will definitely be a big concern if he goes on loan at 18. Be even worse if he goes to loan at 20. Then all he can become is Jarrad Branthwaite.

This is exactly how I imagine his recent contract talks have gone with Moyes & Kinnear 😀

Surprised no one has mentioned the morons that do 40mph through a 60, but keep doing 40 when there's a village which is 30. Not only going really slow but quite clearly not responding to life outside their vehicle

Don't worry about @Drico . He is fond of a long post himself. Stick around, you are a breath of fresh air.

We could score the best goal that’s ever happened and it’d still go to some mundane Arsenal effort off the deck from inside the box and less than 5 passes

I think he used to do a lot more for the team a few years ago, his work rate used to be incredible and went a way to make up for his lack of goals. But in the last year or two I think he plays like someone who is scared of another injury and...

…..I think he’s genuinely sad to be leaving. We can be cynical about his salary but there were tears when he left the pitch against Soton. He’s been here a long time, his family might be very settled. At the end of the day, though, he’s a...

Gana. I remember his first season back, dwelling unnecessarily on the ball, poor control, lack of awareness at times. He is basically flawless now.

It's not great, but compared to the last few years it's a step in the right direction. I think next year will be the first in a while we aren't touted as relegation strugglers by the media, which might help us recruitment wise this summer.

The only way they can offload him for even half that, or the likes of Rashford/Onana with their colossal wages is if Saudi clubs come to the rescue.
