MLetting a bunch of crazy people determine the end of a match is a dangerous precedent in my opinion. The pitch should have been cleared, teams back on and game played out however short.

MHow kin hard is it to make a judgment on hand ball, if the player or team benefit from the ball hitting the hand whether its accidental or not then its hand ball, if they dont then its not. Its that simple.
