The referee should've spotted the handball in normal play and blow for a foul the fact he missed it then claims because it was accidental the goal stands is mental and only highlights how bad they are in the first place.

It was an accidental handball, and that should NOT be penalised, but the current rules mean it unequivocally should be penalised.

The fact someone has been given the chance to watch that back on video for 10 mins and forgotten the rules is mental.
