His best days are way behind him, but what a guy to have about the place. I don't understand the folks slating him (some do it for the bite🎣) as he is what epitomises an Evertonian. Imo
I guess what I loved about Goodison wasn’t the wooden seats, or the obstructing pillars, or the letterbox view at the back of the lower Bullens.. it was the fact that Everton played football there.

Cursed shed with a pigeon skeleton in it. It was well past its prime and it needed to be replaced. It has been replaced with a proper football stadium which is utterly magnificent. I understand though, nostalgia is a very powerful drug.
Some games matter more . None matter more then this one . A derby. Our first one at Hill Dickinson stadium. The last one at Goodison was dramatic. Let's just win this one. By whatever means necessary.
