    Don't actually think Starmer has done a bad job, he's just uninspiring. That's a big minus in the era of instant gratification social media politics. I think Burnham is the best man to fend off Farage. He's likeable and competent.

    I think old age tipped the balance for me. I can't physically cope with the travelling difficulties to and from the new stadium plus, and by no means least, the regular night time kickoffs.

    I was 5, came in from playing out and started watching with my dad, this team were loseing 2-0 felt sorry for them and wanted them to come back and win, plus this feller was on the pitch being chased by bobbies. I became en Evertonian.
