It's not baloney though. We have spent 850 million to build a stadium in an iconic site. To get the capacity upto 60k you would be looking at an additional 250 million to get to it. Do the numbers suffice to get the ROI for it?? Dan Meis...

If I remember correctly, it has been the case for 22/23. At least in the German stadiums, the full capacity including standing room was allowed again. As a test. Has proven itself.
