Not sure being good enough is a Moyes requirement for developing youngsters. His requirements are more zero mistakes and doing exactly what he says.

I expect exactly what we are getting from Moyes, a safe pair of hands but no threat to achieve anything. This is why we should get rid in the summer unless of course you’re just happy to be a PL team. His job here is done

Take it one step further - at how many other teams in the league would he be a nailed on starter for 4 years? 138 appearances for Everton -
Not a single one other than us. Never mind any of his other failings, how many times has he been beaten at the back post and this time by a 5'8" player. Thank him for his service and wish him good luck in the summer.
