Messymascot's faith in humanity and ginger safe haven

Morning all, after a bright start now cloudy and chilly. Sorry to hear your head is hurting again @Terrarian hope it eases soon. @blue1948 Good luck with the teeth service and mushroom hunting, just be careful you don’t evict any pixies. lol Not sure what to do today might go for a walk this morning then help brother with his garden. One thing is for sure I won’t be turning on the telly, no disrespect but I have attended enough funerals in my time and I can be doing without this one. Have a good day all.?
Not a mushroom in sight and that is strange ,where we lived there were always mushrooms even if they couldn't be found elsewhere .The dentist was fine they just told me once again how to brush my teeth .

May the gods of fruit and Veg shine down on your palates . In Napoli there is a restaurant serving marmalade pizzas ala Gordon Ramsey .
Would love to go to Napoli and just gorge on pizza. Was watching a Netflix documentary about a pizza place near Napoli called Pepe in Grani, which had all kinds of weird and wonderful pizzas like that. There's another one that does pizza making courses which I'd love to do one day.

I've just been out with D, walked past a group of young girls and one was crying her eyes out, they were with a cat that had, had its ears cut off and I hope I'm wrong but it didn't look like a vet did it. It was still friendly enough, it came over to D no problem. The girls have called the rspca, hope it is OK. ?
People who do things like that are the lowest of the low. Cruelty to animals is a sure sign of a black heart.

morning all ....my last full day in NZ and time to head home tomorrow. Going to stop at Manchester for a few days Ive got to go into my Urologist for some tests but most importantly to spend a few days with daughter and small granddaughter... . Then home to Spain next week.

Love to the Messy Cafe tribe have a great Tuesday .... oh and talking of coffee ...Ive just put coconut barista milk in my first java of the day ...YUMMY ...who knew ?

I was watching some of the service today and the one part that stuck with me the most were the hymns during the service at the Abbey.

As a chorister in my youth, The Day Thou Gavest, Lord is Ended and The Lord Is My Shepherd are two of my favourites even to this day.

Additionally, seeing the servicemen and women, all who’ve took the oath, put on such a fitting display was something I took pride in.

Lots of memories from both aspects.

Good morning all on this hazy day here in Finland .Safe trip back to the UK @fandjango ,no idea what that drink was ! You must be itching to paint and relax sit at home and just unwind but certainly a good idea to get a visit in on the way home.
I hope all had a good sleep and that @Terrarian has a pain free day today . COYB
Tje drink was a coffee with milk but I used a special for coffee non dairy coconut milk instead of cow juice

The Day Thou Gavest always takes me back to my primary schooldays, we always used to sing that on a Friday afternoon assembly.
