Yes. I know a few people fro LOR and they said it would have been easier to rip the whole thing down and start again but that would have looked too bad so probably spent more money working to repair all the issues.

Went down tonight, loads of work on the East Stand side ( from ground level you see loads of the prep work done )

Still lots of terracing to be fitted, especially on the North stand

By the time the Carillion employees ripped out a lot of what was done then yes I could believe it. LOR have been there for several years. Sorry off-topic other than no protests have been levelled at that site, I wonder why?

It's like PL clubs shrugging their shoulders at the kits they get from third world sweat shops as if it has nothing to do with them.

LOR did this at the Alder Hey build. They ignored all agreements signed up to within the industry and continue with blacklisting.
