Me and Mrs J are doing a stall at a local market tomorrow to raise funds for our local dog rescue.

We've currently got 2 from them , love them to bits

That's great!! I hope it's a big success!!

I've been involved in animal rescue for about 20 years. First with dogs and cats which all 3 of mine now are rescues. Then I moved into horse rescue as well so my current horse is also a rescue. :)

It is a wonderful gesture in my eyes roydo, it is a big deal for which I am extremely thankful and grateful and not in everyone's nature. My experience with people over the years haven't been great and led to these personality disorders, so honestly it is really nice thing to do and I really appreciate it.

Morning guys. Rains hard today, hope we can get something from the derby today, I just want to see progress and not be steamrollered by them. I think Mane is a big loss for them but they've spent big up front again.

As always Jazz you have my full respect and admiration for the work you do with the rescue along with Mrs J. Such a decent thing to do and your dogs are lovely as well. I don't think I'll have another after Daisy she's irreplaceable the little swine lol but no my health isn't good enough to commit to another but if I do it will be a rescue.

Glad to see the ones considering dogs have taken the sensible approach about how long they are out everyday, I had to get a dog sitter for Daisy and it was a nightmare, just overfeeding her and not listening to my wishes. We're ok now obviously I can't work so I have time, so she gets out 4/5 times a day, probably spends about 2-3 hours a day out walking as I don't have a yard or garden.
 
Morning all, continuing the dog theme we are dog-sitting at our son’s today. They are off to London, Harry’s choice as it’s his 14th birthday. Bright and sunny at the moment so hopefully stays that way. I will mostly be keeping up with the match via goal alerts, son doesn’t have BT so need for me to hide behind the sofa today. Morning guys. After a very pleasant day at sea we are in Ajaccio Corsica today. Temp in low 20s and a bit overcast but it's still quite nice. IIRC there is quite a nice town beach here so may try and have a little swim in the sea. May follow that up with a lardon et fromage crepe for lunch. They are showing the match on the boat later but plan on giving that a miss. Last time I watched the Derby on board they put 5 past us. And you can guarantee they are all RS on here?

Good morning all. Doing overtime and somewhat annoyed. The team.leader, the only one in, who has responsibility for allocating referrals ( Weare working on the oldest ones we have and none of my own work falls in the age category) has been off line for an hour. I've done the one I had and I need more work! I've been sat here for 30 minutes.
Absolutely useless management.

The little rabbit I mentioned the other day is still in our garden. Unfortunately it had a near death experience at the hands ( paws) of our cat this morning. It just managed to run away as the cat was in mid pounce. I haven't seen it since.
