Messymascot's faith in humanity and ginger safe haven

Okay so it took me a few hours but now I am up to par with everything that's happening with everyone.

I'm still at the festival but it has been a super hot day so I'm going to begin packing and getting ready to leave. I feel satisfied that I was here for 8 hours representing my college at the oldest African American festival in town. This week the semester began it was another hectic week for me but it should begin slowing down soon. Sofia also begins middle school on Monday so having her back on a routine would be good too. She is super excited that her best friend from her old school ended up in a lot of the same classes she has to take. We visited her new school on Thursday and I was impressed with the facility, they are a new building with lots of natural lightning, they also are one of the few schools in the area that are fully solar powered and they are doing everything to reduce their carbon footprint. The teachers were also super nice and they seem like very caring. Here are some pics from the visit at her school.

I’ve got 4. Not because of general comments, they kept following me around the site and deliberately tried to wind me up with incessant questions and comments. I put up with it for years then decided to do without the grief…..
Sometimes you have to do what’s best for your mental health so I have no judgement for those who do so. Maybe one day I may do the same if I feel my mental health is taking a toll with incessant questions and comments.

Mo Mowlam - well remembered ;)
Met Mo several times, a really lovely woman.

Her contribution to NI was immense and goes unrecognised.

In my professional capacity, had a working meeting with her. She ordered a Thai takeout, took her wig off and rested her feet on another seat.

I have led a Blessed life to meet people like Mo.

Now I’m very curious about what is that you do, AT. I don’t think you have ever told us.
