I've been a busy shopper got a loan and bought a better vacuum cleaner, i got a Shark @jazzy it's belting. I treat myself to a new kettle and toaster as well and a new air fryer, then had enough to treat myself to a couple of pair of trainers.

I have had a few cooking disasters as well, this is why I don't cook. I tried to make a roast chicken dinner with sweet potatoes and roast potatoes, not sure why but I made a right balls up of the mash which was a shame as I had fallen asleep boiling my normal potatoes and the pan boiled dry and stuck them to the bottom, pan now has black bottom in places lol

Then again yesterday tried to make sweet potato mash and made a balls up of that as well ffs. So I have learned I cannot make sweet potato mash lol

Anyway gang hope you're all good and well. I'm not overly concerned about 2 defeats although we need to stop that soon, I like Lampard and hope he is a success, hard with no strikers though and a injury plagued squad. Sorted the defence out but nothing else lol hopefully Onana settles in quick and is actually good.

Nice that you are strong enough to visit and loved your post ,as is obvious you are part of the furniture and we missed you .Stay strong when the new meds start and remember we are all here for you .

Raining here . Not very heavy but the radar shows thunderstorms all around. Fingers crossed we get one.
 
can you believe it ffs right, as you all know I bought IPTV recently, I love it well worth £65 for a year. Anyway, had no problems with it, especially thje TV part, always working. Right up until 12.29pm on saturday lol I kid you not, it cut out as they were walking out and didn't work again for the rest of the day.

Trying to tell me something, so i missed the game as i couldn't find a stream anywhere either.

Have you got a microwave? Just cook the sweet potatoes whole in there and scoop out the middles - instant mash!

Or go to Iceland. They have some amazing stuff that you can just chuck in the oven. We actually got our Christmas turkey crown from there. It came with bacon over it and a huge ball of stuffing. No mucking about - stuck it in the oven and it was lovely.

I do have a microwave, I use it for soup, porridge and the occasional ready meal, don't like eating microwaved food if i can help it

Dad away at hospital having dialysis. Could they come into our garden to get at the willow tree. Of course I said. Next news there are three young, fit blokes with their tops off in the back garden, chopping down branches.. Even less work got done this afternoon! I'm blaming the noise from the chainsaw.

Update on the weather.

The rain didn't materialise, the clouds have now burnt away and it's absolutely gloriously sunny and very warm. Not what was forecast.

If it stays like this, I may have an impromptu barbie later. Haven't had one for nearly a week. lol lol
