We wouldn’t have picked up the points at home we have if tapastits was still in charge, in fact we would probably be already in the bottom three, so it’s time for some self reflection by you and you’re besties - I won’t hold my breath.

Anyway, vive la Fronk and up the blues.
We had a point per game under Benitez...38 points would see us safe...and we were 15th when he left.

Burnley have ten players out of contract in June, 7 of which were involved in their game v Norwich and one of the other three being the club captain.

I wonder if this may mean they are protecting themselves readying for a move in the summer.

Injecting words like "simple," doesn't make your take any less mad.

Benitez made us horrendously bad. The end.
Benitez will never have a worse season in football than this one. That's because the headwinds he faced were unique: a fanbase wanting him gone and not arsed about what that would do to the team on the pitch.

Hopefully Lampard can cobble together enough points to achieve the rate of points we had under Benitez and get us safe.

Were they protecting themselves for a move to Everton?

Do you truly believe that Keane, Holgate, Doucoure, Kenny etc discussed the matter and said "Look, lads, the fans all (apart from some guy called Dalek or something) hate the Gaffer, don't let's try too hard today."
Do you really need me to remind you jus how amatuerish those players are and how they'd seize on that atmosphere to switch off?

Really?

He was the real deal in that role.

Compare that performance with the ones heralded from DVDB (which weren't half as dynamic) and you can see what a valuable player we've missed.
If DVB was available he would of started and not Delph, if so im not so sure the result would of gone our way, it was a massive performance from Delph, potentially earning the money we have wasted on him

You're never anything less than a committed lunatic, I'll give you that.

I'd take Pope, Cornet and McNeill off them.

Its not so much they hated the gaffer, they hatted the players too, there was no encouragment coming from the crowd, none
