If we'd held on to beat Burnley I have no doubt we'd have lost at home to United on Saturday. Just take what you get with this Everton. They don't do anything the sensible way.

I still believe we need 9 points minimum to get to safety.

If we play like we did against United then we get them. If we dont (and/or we see injuries and suspensions to the defensive midfielders) we'll struggle to stay up. But right at this moment I think with the next round of matches for Everton and Burnley we stand a good chance of putting them into a tailspin they possibly wont recover from.

Compare that performance with the ones heralded from DVDB (which weren't half as dynamic) and you can see what a valuable player we've missed.
