Sounds yummy. I’m trying to eat more veggie meals so I’m going to give your recipe a try. Just out of curiosity do you use hard shells or soft tortillas for your tacos?

I'm not usually trusted to make dinner at the weekend but we have the spring animal fair tomorrow ( fingers crossed it doesn't rain ) and Mrs J will be taking over the kitchen in 30 minutes and cooking for 5000 tomorrow so she doesn't fancy 3 hours of cooking and then doing dinner.
I'm on the gate tomorrow meeting and greeting everyone and trying to charm them out of loads of money lol

When I played it again last night I was struck by how celtic the sound was , must be her Irish ancestry and Paddy's influence. Stunning album from a genius. Like you Fred It's one of my favourite all time albums.
I like A Kick Inside and the song writing for someone of her age is breath taking.
For sheer beauty and the quality of sound reproduction I'd have to go for Aeriel.
Before the Dawn is a tremendous Live album which of course reproduces side 2 of Hounds.
Kate has produced so much great stuff.
Say hello to her from me please when you next bump into her in your local.

I wish I saw her mate. I haven't seen any of the famous people who frequent it from time to time. Rumours that Dawn french has also moved down here. She's sold her house in Fowey (if you google Readymoney cove you'll see her old house on the cliff top to the right of the beach) so that's another to add to the list of famous people I never see lol

As regards Kate, I think it's definitely the Paddy influence. I also love the Arab influence on songs like Sensual World. As you say she's a genius. Never listened to the Aerial album so have to put that on my bucket list.
