Messymascot's faith in humanity and ginger safe haven

So what’s the story about the uniforms you want for the ladies. I was told by @Barnfred 55 that the skimpier the better ;) lol

As ever Fred is not totally truthfull. As chair of my local league I want to encourage more women to play ( for totally altruistic reasons ) Fred and Anje appropriated my good intentions. As ever I'm innocent.
Thought I'd respond to this in here rather than derail your "ping pong" thread.

Just a little bit of leg pulling Sass. You should know me by now. ;)

Today's lunch time fun. Lit a tealight to put in my wax melt burner. I stopped on the way to burner to stroke the cat. I wondered 1)why the cat ran away and 2) what was that sizzling sound near my left ear. I had inadvertently set hair on fire while looking down at cat. No damage, just a horrible smell of burnt hair. I would say I shouldn't be allowed out on my own but this all happened indoors!
Always had you down as a bit of a hot head Anj. :p

That reminds me of a very very drunken solicitors dinner to celebrate my partnership. My mentor Ronnie who really pushed me and made me the person that I am now (great Evertonian bur couldn't/ can't hold his drink ) fell forwards onto the table lightning his hair on the candle. I panicked putting out the flames with my hands. He was totally f ..ing oblivious.
Anyway guys Hounds of Love ...on vinyl ...oh wrong thread!
Hounds of Love and A Kick Inside, two of my favourite ever albums. Absolutely love the range of instruments her brother Paddy brings to her music, especially prominent on the second side of Hounds of Love. An old mate of mine, who was an ardent admirer of the old whacky backy, said the best two albums to get stoned to were Hounds of love and Dark Side of the Moon. That should be of interest to Sass lol

Good morning mascoteers!

Feeling a bit hangover this morning, the hubby and I party last night to the tunes of the Moody Blues, thanks to Jazzy’s recommendation only to find out that my husband’s dad was also a fan so mr sassy listened to them growing up and is also a fan.

Still dark here in Asheville, but it is supposed to be a nice sunny day later. We are planning on meeting some friends and their kids and go for a hike later in the afternoon and if I recover this morning, I would love to make it to the gym too.

I hope everyone has a beautiful Saturday! Xxx

When I played it again last night I was struck by how celtic the sound was , must be her Irish ancestry and Paddy's influence. Stunning album from a genius. Like you Fred It's one of my favourite all time albums.
I like A Kick Inside and the song writing for someone of her age is breath taking.
For sheer beauty and the quality of sound reproduction I'd have to go for Aeriel.
Before the Dawn is a tremendous Live album which of course reproduces side 2 of Hounds.
Kate has produced so much great stuff.
Say hello to her from me please when you next bump into her in your local.

Check out " Every good boy deserves favour" by the MBs , Sass. ( Note the English way of spelling favour!)

You should like it and then Mr SC gets his reward as per the album title!

Sounds yummy. I’m trying to eat more veggie meals so I’m going to give your recipe a try. Just out of curiosity do you use hard shells or soft tortillas for your tacos?
