Computer games.

I have to ask, what about the rest of the expansion? Does it add any more content than it did before?

Seen loads of people mention how good the campaign is but nothing about the content after it's finished. Is it worth paying out the full price or is it still lacking in content / loot? I didn't play beyond light when the first legendary I got on it was the one I had just finished grinding for in the previous expansion.
Well Destiny has been on a 'seasonal content' model for a few years now, so essentially after the campaign is over the story progresses through the endgame in installments following a calendar that Bungie maps out.

The seasonal storyline is currently running alongside The Witch Queen's story although it is linked, to a degree, so essentially there are two storylines involving two sets of connected characters at once.

As for activities it's the usual Destiny endgame stuff. There's a 6-player matchmade activity linked to the WQ, another 3-player matchmade activity linked to the seasonal storyline, and the new raid just dropped over the weekend. Still loads to do/discover after the main campaign.

Absolutely gutted that frontier have pulled support and development of Elite Dangerous on consoles.

Looks like I'll have to join the pc master race to scratch my space itch now.

Knocked over the last boss in Elden Ring last night - bit of a project tbh, but fun. A lot of progression and a great soundtrack.

62 hrs all in for someone who has played a ton of Dark Souls. Reckon it would take really quite a lot to complete the game if it's your first one - it's a monster.

Is a DLC automatic for a game of this stature? Be awesome to see. DLC usually has bosses that are even harder which doesn't seem feasible tbh.
Given how tough two of the optional bosses are, the idea of even harder bosses is distressing (especially due to the prospect of being spanked live on twitch on my next playthroughlol)

Nice. I’m hopeless at it, about as potent as using cello tape as a contraceptive.

Are you on the mimic tear spirit ChesterBlue? Carries late game although I still struggled with Elden Beast even using it.

Watched distortion's speed run (sub 50 mins lol, obv full of glitches and skips) and he was annihilating bosses with that frost stomp weapon. Having git gud to the power of a million probably helped.

I only started using it when I got to Malenia who may well be From’s hardest boss fight to date lol Before that I wasn’t struggling too much, but damn that boss is absolutely brutal!

Im trying Melenia now - pretty hard alright, second phase is mashing me not figured it out at all. First phase isnt exactly easy.

Trying that other spirit summon blackknife Tiche. Better on more evasive builds I think.

Essentially you want to be super aggressive and try to stun lock her, as if she targets you with that anime style combo it’s basically an instakill (I think I only ever managed to dodge it once, and that was pure fluke)

Second phase is really tough as she gets some insane moves - really really cool fight though

Been waiting for an official f1 management game for some time, would love for it to be incredibly deep but reckon it will be quite basic to begin with. Apparently the devs (frontier) have a good record when it comes to strategy games, so that gives me a bit of hope

Well, they botched Odyssey so bad, they need to get it fixed. And as console makes up about 5% of the playerbase, but would need 50% of the resource, it makes sense (from a strictly numbers perspective) that they would cut you guys.

Sucks, but hopefully they can sort Odyssey out and get it to a decent state, then maybe they can pick up console developments again (though quite unlikely)

FDev have been pretty good, but they just binned off console development of their flagship game. I am not sure how they are doing financially, but Jurassic World Evolution wasn't the big hit they thought it would be (though its actually a fun as heck game, that I would heartily recommend if you can get all the DLC's included for a reasonable price)

Big update on Elden Ring this morning - a lot of little stuff fixed / balanced. Impressive engagement from Bandai tbh - that deathblight glitch was aggravating AF in pvp.
A couple of the npc storylines have been fixed - they were bugged and couldn't be completed but now should be fine - although it'll need NG+ or a different char if you're past them.
