That absolutely is a top 4 squad in Serie A. Just because it wouldn’t be a top 4 squad here doesn’t mean that it isn’t there, it is a terrible quality league. Look at the squads of the likes of AC Milan and Napoli, that Juve team is far, far stronger. There’s plenty of players there that would get into the top 4 in the Premier League anyway.
