Messymascot's faith in humanity and ginger safe haven

I think I've seen it but I get chance I might give it another look. He was the George Best or Ian Botham of F1.

Again my dad was a big F1 fan. Oddly though he liked Mansell who I'm not too keen on. My favourite F1 driver is Fernando Alonso.
I read something about eye candy, then about James Hunt and immediately had to googled him and take a look too lol

Happy Saturday, Messy! Thinking about you. I’m just catching up with your thread.

Yesterday afternoon I ended up focusing on
cleaning and cooking so I got my goals accomplished. Like you, I’m a bit of a perfectionist but no bad enough to be excessive. Today I’m taking it easy, we are going to take our daughter to get some pumpkins to decorate/carve. Do you like Halloween at all?

Keeping this thread going, as you say, after your time is a great idea, but I disagree slightly on your suggested title because I think we should keep your name on it. This thread will be your legacy to GOT and I, and I'm sure plenty more of us, will continue to post in here for the forseeable future. Posts will be in the spirit of being nice to each other out of respect for you. Anyone behaving like a bellend should be banned from the thread.

This thread is incredibly sad, but also hugely uplifting, thanks to you. You've shown such positivity, bravery and dignity, and your sense of humour has also shone through despite everything that you're going through. Whenever I read your posts in here it lifts my spirits and just puts everything else into perspective.

Massive respect to you, mate. We've never met and never will, but I'm perceptive enough to know that you're a prime example of the best of humanity.

Look after yourself, remember to eat and try to be patient with family members. X
Great suggestion! I about agree with you that a great way to keep Messy’s legacy here is to keep his name on this thread. Maybe it could be:

The title sounds good.

Saturdays should be for resting and relaxing.

I prefer Halloween to Christmas but don't really like either. I'm a bit of a Grinch about these things.

Think that’s a perfect thread title. I like Christmas not so much Halloween but the one that really gets me down is New Year’s Eve for some reason, not sure why, I find it deeply depressing. Are you watching England this evening?

Okay so it is settled!

They should be but I have to admit that as long as I’m not too hangover I like to workout in the morning and then I relax lol

My daughter loves Halloween and Christmas, all holidays really. If it was los up to her we would be decorating the house for each of them but I refuse. Her birthday is two days before Christmas so December is her favorite month. But she enjoys all the candy she gets to eat in October. Do you have a sweet tooth?

Morning Messy, hope you had a lovely evening chatting with your sister. Hope today is a good day.?

I've got the F1 on so just chilling out. She sorted a few things out but it was just having company. I don't like it all the time but it's nice to have some on my terms. She'll take me shopping sometime in the week even though my appetite is still minimal.

Hope you are having a good day.

Had an invite to thanksgiving from an American guy here in Finland but I didn't like most of it found it a bit tasteless and the cheesecake was baked ? what is that about ?

Really? What did they offer you for because I love Thanksgiving dinner specially the ones my family puts together. We add a rub to our Turkey to make it more flavorful. We also make a delicious sweet potato casserole, green bean casserole (my favorite one), mash potato and mushroom gravy, stuffing, cranberry chutney, and a salad. We usually also order a honey baked ham for those who are not too fond of turkey. And for dessert it is apple, pecan or sweet potato pie. Never cheesecake and yes, most American cheesecake is baked and tends to be denser.
