Tell Davies to wear the shirt with pride and hope it rubs off on our other other players.

Tell James he has a free role and he's to pick up the ball and find DCL to find a gap down the left to Digne and Richi.

Tell Digne and Richi to attack and defend as if they're joined by a 10m rope. They stay together at both ends of the pitch.
