No but I find that Blues are consistently trying to single out a player who then becomes the focus of scapegoating and fume.

A lot of them are always updating Instagram and Twitter not even an hour after the game. Only after yesterday game they're putting up videos of them dancing in changing rooms, these guys see it all.

Some of our fans obsess so much about hating a player that they totally ignore the good stuff they do in order to hate.

Recent cases in point: Tom,Andre and even Pickford. Previous victims Ross, Hibbert, Osman, Jags,Rom ETC ETC

Yes, payers might be average, they might be in a poor run of form, but, some of our fans wait for the first missed tackle, save or pass and they like a pack of dogs,regardless if the player has had a good game or not.
Tom Davies and Andre yesterday, excellent games, one mistake each and some of you are calling them out.

Wow! Dismissing an Everton player (who was also at Barcelona) as 'crap' is unbelievable. You must be some footballer, you, that your standards are so high. Andre Gomes is a very good midfielder. His biggest weakness is that he's slow on the turn, and when a player gets by him, he is exposed and often gives away a foul. On the plus side, though, he has two good feet, can take the ball under pressure, and never hides. He's got a decent passing range, can win the ball, but he's exceptional at shielding and retaining the ball, due to his upper body strength. There are areas for improvement, as with all players, but crap he certainly isn't.

He wasn't referencing Homes,it was a Davies post that spilled over onto this thread,his misguided idea that Davies has a Mormon hairstyle which I was just pointed out was as well as childish his post was misinformed. lol

Just on Tom's hairstyle and beard, I thought it was more 'amish ' than mormon. Anyway, thought Tom did well last night and a few games before that. Also, really glad to see gomes gradually gaining in confidence. He's played some beautiful, incisive passes lately.

Frustrating. When he doesnt fancy it we have to carry him. When he does he can contribute so much.

Yep Amish style, don't get people who call themselves Blues insulting players based on their looks,fair enough calling a player rubbish if he doesn't try but nobody could ever accuse Davies of not putting in a shift when some of the usual suspects over the last few years rarely troubled the kit man.
As for Gomes,he is starting to get slowly back to his Valencia form.

Psychologically , I think he was badly affected by his injury. Perhaps by more than even he realised. Thankfully he seems to have come to terms with it , and is getting back to his best. Good on him.

And the flip side of this is people love the likes of kean despite the fact he stunk the place out every time he played last season with the exception of maybe one game. He was lazy and had discipline problems too but because hes exotic people love him.
Tom puts everything in every match and even though he continues to play well people say he is not good enough. Even though he is good enough for one of the most decorated managers of our era he is not good enough for some our supporters....

Many people simply don’t understand what Tom does. He’s far from perfect, but not deserving of the comments he gets
