I'm sure he is keen, who wouldnt be?! But if it's other issues, like medicals or wage demands, signing on fees etc, etc, then either way it could all go tits up. If he cant pass a medical, it's off, if both parties cant come to an agreement on wages and signing on fees, it's off.

I hope everyone can come to some sort of comprimise and he passes the medical and we sign him cos like ive said, i think he'll be a top signing.

It's gotta be complicated by the existing deal between West Ham and Hoffenheim, which Everton would be taking over (If I'm understanding). Legally, perhaps merky, some re-negotiation perhaps, but also, who pays the agent if there's no selling party, as such?

Either that or his knee scan's come back looking like a photocopy of a hookers gooter.

But we are.................Jay Bothroyd. Only time will tell if he will be any good ala Beckford. But I dont think Ba, Beckford, Bothroyd and Saha is a bad line up of strikers going into the new season. Dont forget we have Anichebe and Cahill who can be move to play up front aswell.
