Rodwell/Henderson

Hopefully we will keep all of them, and like RFUS said Henderson is playing in a lot weaker midfield. Rodders will come good have faith!!
With the amount of midfield injuries we have had, our midfield has not exactly been strong. I know Rodwell was injured a lot, but there were many opportunities to dominate games and not once did he do it.

I still have doubts about him to be honest. Yes he is superb at breaking up play and is a good header of the ball. However he has no pace, creates no assists and his goals have dried up after the first season. For £15 m. the least one can expect is a good work rate and not being shy about getting stuck-in. I still believe his is a limited player. Great at what he does, but not the box-to-box midfielder that we all hoped he would be.

Good player, but i don't think he's good enough to command a fee of over £20m. He's not a precocious young talent anymore like Rodwell, where we could sell him for that sort of figure based on his potential growth and ability, he's almost 24 and has had a couple of lengthy spells on the sidelines in his time here. I don't think he'd be good enough to get into the top six, about the only six who could afford him. Perhaps a team like Valencia or Juve abroad, though they aren't exactly minted.

Really £35m for Fellaini, I know he's good but not that good. Some fans really do overrate him.

We don't have to sell him, he's one of our best players and will develop to be a key player in our squad. He's also still young and developing, and the ****e paid £35m for Andy Carrol. Since we don't need to sell him why should we take anything other than a ludicrous amount?

In that case, Madrid can **** off if they think their getting Hibbo for a measly £40m, £60m or no dice Jose !

Yeah, that's not how it works.
A) Hibbo is not a key player
B) Hibbo is 30
C) Hibbo isn't a full international
D) Hibbo isn't a candidate for a long-term captain
E) We didn't pay our record transfer fee for Hibbo

£35 mil for Fellaini is a ridiculous idea. The value of players is bloated beyond belief at the minute but the crazy sums like that only apply to young English players going to English clubs. To charge that for Fellaini you're essentially putting him in the same bracket as David Villa.

Thank you, finally a bit of sense.

It pains me, i'm sure Everton is the only Football alot of these guys are watching.

Do we need to sell Fellaini? Honestly, would we be a better team selling Fellaini?
Why should we sell him for anything other than stupid money then, he's contracted to us and unless he wants to go then there's no need to sell him, we'd be better off selling Rodwell for a lesser amount and keeping Fellaini, because Fellaini is an integral part of the first team and we therefore should be trying to keep him. Unless a ludicrous amount of money comes in then we keep him. £35m is what I would consider ludicrous enough to start considering accepting the bid. It's as simple as that.

The Carroll fee was inflated with the usual English passport adjustment of £10 m.. Furthermore the fact that Newcastle knew the ****e had £50 m. and needed a replacement asap might have added another £10 m.

We'd need a replacement. Add £10m. We payed £15m. Add another £10m. Anyone bidding for Fellaini is likely to have lots of money. Add a further £10m. That'd come to £45m.

What he is saying is that we should keep Fellaini and if we must only accept a ridiculous sum of money for him.

James McCarthy from Wigan is who I want to replace Fellaini. He would cost around £10 m., is four years younger and have proved himself as a top performer in a weak Wigan team.
