Btw, want to share your recipe? I'm curious how different you make your sauce from the one I make.
For the Ragu? Minced beef, an onion, 2 sticks of celery, 2 cloves of garlic and a carrot all finely chopped, chopped tomatoes, table spoon of puree, basel, origano, bay leaves, black pepper, onion and garlic pasta sauce (got lazy with that one), splash of Worcestershire sauce, 2 beef stock cubes. I cook the onion, celery and garlic separate to the rest and then throw it a in a slow cooker for a couple of hours, start drinking then layer it up pissed and probably make an unholy mess doing it
