My Nephew left a big round box of mini haribo sweet bags here over xmas. Seeing as `i wont be seeing him for a while I've opened them and just drank 3 packets.

Did a roast yesterday so remnants today.

Reheated roasties and chicken. Did a 3 cheese macaroni cheese with toasted walnuts on top and calvaro nero with garlic beurre noisette and lemon. Sweet potato puree.

Coop had an offer on Christmas stock so got some profiteroles to have with some squirty cream only to find the missus inhaled it out of the can after returning from her night shift.

Also got some lovely christmas pate for 50p. I'll be having some of that on toasted French stick for supper with a bit of chutney.

Lidl premium Chilli Burger on a bread cake fries and a salad. Hot salsa and sour cream adorning the burger.

One of my year old grandaughter's cheesy quavers absolutely gopping.

I've got some lovely caramelised onion and black pepper sausages from the butchers that I'm going to use to make hotdogs tonight.

Caramlised onions (sugar and balsamic vinegar is a winner here), lettuce, thinly slides chillies, red cabbage and smothered in piccalilli.
