He literally can't ref a game, can't keep up, just guesses at decisions. Holgate, Pickford and Mina are all telling him that Mount just shoves Mina into Pickford and he's not humble enough to admit he's wrong, too busy gasping for oxygen.

He is a shocker of a ref, possibly the worst of a pretty bad bunch!
