Forget the media they are agenda driven. Let the lads do the clubs talking on the pitch come saturday. We can then spend the rest of the week celebrating

I have a major major feeling Liverpool are going to play very defensive. Don’t think they will come at us guns blazing I feel they will do everything to be solid and win the midfield. I’m sure carlo is ready for it but feel klopp will have them this way and try and frustrate and snuff us, grind out a win.

Cant see it tbh mate he wont have had a lot of time to change things around.

They'll try blitz us and have won the game in the opening 30 minutes as they always do.

If we can get to half time at least level pegging we have a chance.

I think if they do that we will score a few. A good few. I’m trying to look at it from a neutral perspective. The ‘Everton that’ in me is laughing. But think if they try it on we will score and flashbacks of villa come and they lose it.

Dont know tbh - Mane and Henderson will give them a different dimension both attacking and someone who shields their back 4 well - they are still a very dangerous side I hope the players dont even think about that Villa freak result as it will have no bearing on this one tbh.

I'm not worried about Salah, Mane is the main problem for me. He dictates Liverpool's attacking play by a large margin great player with pace to burn and good technique, Think everything else is fair game long as we don't do any stupid mistakes.

Klippety has had no time with the squad to change tactics
It will be same again lads and hope for the best
I am not sure Klippety can play other tactics or formations
I have rarely seen him change tactics during a match ,just up the intensity
He is one trick pony ,a good trick when it works but otherwise no
Bielsa one of the worlds leading tacticians worked him out and scored 3 against him and Carlo has outfoxed him on a couple of occasions

They will be full strength aside from one glaring omission. The keeper. We have been so preoccupied with our own troubles with Pickford, but we need to rain in shots on Adrian and put him under pressure from all set pieces, Mina and Keane using height advantage etc.

Gomes and TAA are liabilities at the back. And even the golden boy VVD is suspect when he gets too arrogant and cocky in possession.

I agree that Mane is a major threat. Rough him up early and potentially he can become a loose cannon. Salah is a shadow of the player from 2 years ago. New players Thiago and Jota may only feature from the bench but are also very versatile and dangerous.

Amazing that we're going into this match with so much confidence considering we haven't beaten them in 10 whole years...and that includes some truly horrible sides (their under 19s / Andy Carroll & Paul Konchesky & Jay Spearing et al knocking us out of the cup semi)...and now here we are expecting to beat them when they are reigning champions.

I'm not a praying man, but if you're up there listening Superman, please help us!

Love to see us Rough them up and be Aggressive. I feel we’ve been too passive for too long in these matches.
