slight abductor injuries are typically 3-6 weeks.

Abductor tears are 10-14.

Either way I doubt he makes the derby.

I’ve been to 2 finals including the umpteen replays without seeing us win it so I would love us to finally lift the thing.
But let’s not pretend it is a major trophy. From its inception it was unwanted by the top clubs who initially didn’t bother entering it.
It’s still an achievement, but it’s an achievement that doesn’t resonate far beyond these shores.
This year the fact we almost certainly won’t get to attend it should we make the final devalues it further.
I definitely want us to win it but not at the expense of our league campaign , I hope the injuries tonight do not cause problems this weekend.

We go with the dross from last season and we don't make the quarters. Simple as that. Last year's edition would have folded like a cheap tent after West Ham equalized. You know that as well as I do. We want to be considered one of the bigger clubs? Winning a trophy would be a good start.
