Howard

the only problem i have with howard is his kicking, especially from back passes. at times the easy ball is to slide it out to a defender but he seems to panic under abit of pressure and put his foot through the ball, usually loosing posession. our coaching staff should be working on this. my mate who is a man u fan said he was the same with them.

He is coming for more crosses (i don't like punching instead of catching though) and his shot stopping is second to none.

it was one of those challenges u thought ....ah f*** that anyway

i thought if he hadnt of come out so arched ( like he was wrappin himself aorund the player) but straight it wouldnt have been a penalty but i dont think he should be changed

The fact that Moyes sees Mucha everyday in practice, but still plays Howard every match . Shouldn't that tell you something about Mucha?

Exactly, and this goes for the reasons maybe why other players are left out when people want them in.

I can't be too mad at Howard, I was gutted a the penalty as I sincerely believe we would of held on for the 2-1 win. It would have been ugly stuff but 6 points nonetheless.

A rush of blood to the head in a derby game is not unusual, but dissapointing of course.

COYBB!!! I was proud of ya 2nd half.

why would he go to villa tho? If any club is in a worse state financially that us its villa, when snidey young and bent get poached they will be just where west ham are imo...

I just don't see anything to this... Howard seems extremely happy at Everton.... he has the occasional mishap in goal.. but we've seen to have a ton of poor plays in front of him this season that have led to many of our goals given up.

I still think Howard has the best reactions of any keeper in the world...his quickness is amazing...great athlete.

He is still clearly the USA number 1... a position where the US has lots of quality and has produced proven keepers over and over.

 In what way?

I think Neiler meant its a good move for Neiler :D

To be honest if he went and we got Kuszczak in as replacement i wouldn't mind too much.

Sure loads of players have made errors in front of Howard this season which hasn't helped him but i was always in the camp of him being solid and reliable and the best we could realistly get.

But when he stops being solid and reliable as often im not too keen.

Maybe he just needs a break though.
