Would like to understand the calculation a bit more. I'd imagine Gbamin massively skews this for us as he only played 135 minutes all season.

Almost entirely down to luck. Especially when you investigate the nature of the injuries and how they occurred.

If ur was all strains, it could be a training issue. Breaks, fractures, dislocations, ligament injuries, burst arteries, hernias, etc. There's just no accounting for these things.

I mean in his field he was absolutely exceptional...just slightly murky

If a player is subbed off due to injury?
If a player misses a game due to injury?
If a player misses X amount of games due to the injury?
