How do we measure it so it's safe to play Football again? Under 10 people dying in England in a day/week, 0?, Until a vaccine is found? Behind closed doors has to be off the table because they cannot use valuable resources in doctors/ambulance at matches while the virus is around.
The FA won't want blood on there hands if they allow football back and the slight chance a player/manager catches and something terrible happens and surely you can't make players keep fit for say until October to play these matches.
While voiding would come with loads of complications and teams/companies sueing it surely the easier option over trying fix this that and everything else.

If teams play behind closed doors, there's a fair chance that you'll get a few hundred fans turning up outside each stadia, who, as well as potentially spreading the virus, then have to be dispersed.
I doubt the police and other emergency services will be too chuffed with the possibility of that happening.
Quite possibly, leaning to probably at this stage. If you click back through the thread you won't see me suggest at any point they will definitely go ahead.
All I have said is voiding comes with it's complications, as does trying to continue indefinitely. The whole point is no easy answer and when you see the likes of the Barca players refusing to match an agreed paycut while football is suspended it seems legal avenues will be inevitable not matter what route. Continuing, voiding, freezing the table (top 4 is top4, relegation is relegation etc) will all lead to legal disputes
